I found out that WIIWare is now not far of from it's Europe release.

Lods of information about it's lanuch, as well as the various launch games (I think), can be found in the Official Nintendo Magazine.

In Japan and America, the software is called 'Wiiware', whereas in Europe, a fact I didn't know, it's going to be called 'Wii Software'. Interesting.
